Construction of a new indoor substation at Hoboken Terminal, replacing an existing facility while maintaining continuous rail operations within a historic structure.
Scope of Work
Selective demolition and restoration of the Pullman & Immigrant Building, along with installation of new substation equipment, electrical systems, and supporting MEP infrastructure.
Impact
Provides reliable, resilient power infrastructure while preserving a historic building in an active transit environment.
