Project Overview
DMR Construction Services transformed a former Olive Garden into Blu Livingston, a modern fine dining destination and new addition to Blu Hospitality Group’s portfolio.
Scope of Work
The project included full interior and exterior demolition, structural modifications, new exterior cladding and architectural lighting, redesigned outdoor seating areas, and a complete interior renovation with upgraded utilities, custom bar systems, specialty finishes, and all new MEP systems.
Impact
The renovation delivered a fully modernized hospitality space that elevated the property’s appearance, functionality, and overall guest experience.
