Project Overview
DMR Construction Services is performing major rehabilitation work at the Newport PATH Station as part of the PATH Forward Program, a system-wide initiative to modernize infrastructure and improve resiliency.
Scope of Work
upgrades including waterproofing and structural repairs, platform reconstruction, new wall and floor finishes, LED lighting, tactile warning strips, and mechanical system improvements such as power rerouting and cooling system upgrades.
Impact
Restores and strengthens critical infrastructure impacted by Hurricane Sandy, improving safety, durability, and passenger experience while enhancing long-term system resilience.
