Project Overview
DMR served as General Contractor for the $17M rehabilitation of the Grove Street and Exchange Place PATH stations in Jersey City, NJ, focused on upgrading critical infrastructure while maintaining active transit operations.
Scope of Work
Work included platform and flooring replacement, structural concrete and steel repairs, ADA upgrades, installation of new lighting and electrical systems, drainage improvements, and historic preservation of key architectural elements across both stations.
Impact
The project improves safety, accessibility, and system reliability while extending the life of two high-traffic transit stations.
